This Privacy Policy applies to sdstranslation.com and our SDS translation services. It describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in connection with quote requests, document uploads and general site use.

Where you are located in Malaysia, we process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia). Where you are located in Singapore, we process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA Singapore). In both cases, we process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with the translators and QA reviewers assigned to your project, with service providers who support our operations (such as payment processing or IT infrastructure) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to deliver our services, respond to your enquiries, and meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Project documents are handled as described in our Confidentiality & Data Security policy.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent to its processing.
